Ok I almost feel like this whole thing is a challenge. So is it a marathon or a sprint? Jump through this hoop, sign here then over there, then notarize here, then send it here oh and what ever you do don't forget copies. I feel like I've written the same thing over and over in millions of different places. I tell you this may even be crazier than all the special ed. paperwork I do.
